How Is Your Estimate Calculated?

Project estimate = Product base price + Site-specific work + Selected accessories / Additional items

For products priced by area: confirmed chargeable area × applicable unit rate.

For products priced per set: price for the selected size and configuration × quantity.

Your quotation will explain the pricing unit, measurement method and scope of work.

Installation Level Typical Site Conditions How It Affects Your Estimate
Level 1 · Standard Installation Easy access, suitable mounting surfaces, standard working height and conventional fixing methods Priced within the agreed standard installation scope. Installation items already included will not be charged twice.
Level 2 · Additional Work Required Partial removal of existing structures, mounting adjustments, additional drainage connections or restricted access for moving materials Additional labour, materials or transport costs are listed separately.
Level 3 · Complex Installation Work at height, large spans, lifting equipment, complex structures or significant site restrictions The site and installation method are assessed first. Special equipment, structural work and labour are then itemised.

These levels explain installation complexity; they do not carry a fixed percentage surcharge. Skytruss will assess your site and explain the relevant work and costs in your quotation. You do not need to select a level yourself.
